Searching for this pressure point

Hi. I have noticed that I often have tension/ache on a certain point below my ankle (inside). I want to find out if this point represents an organ, meridian or something I can work on. The point that is sore is just below/behind the knuckle of the inside of both my feet. In the depression between heel and knuckle. What is this point? Thank you

It sounds like you’re referring to KD 3 or maybe KD 6. You can take a look at the diagram to get a better idea yourself. Keep in mind that just because you have tenderness there doesn’t have to mean there is a deeper level of imbalance or disease in the body.
