I have been diagnosed with Ramsay-Hunt syndrome, a form of shingles, and have been suffering with inner ear problems, most severe is balance issues. Western medication has done little to help. Wanting suggestions for relief of the dizziness.

Generally speaking this range of issues responds better to properly applied acupuncture than it does to any Chinese herbal treatment in my experience. So your best option would be to consult with a fully trained and licensed acupuncturist in your area and expect to see them at least 4-10 times before seeing a significant change.
