If a patient has spleen and lung deficiency what should be treated first?

It depends on the person, their symptoms and other diagnostic factors - and, possibly, what acupuncture system you utilize. In some cases one will be the result of the other, in other cases they may arise independently, and in other cases a more complicated relationship may exist. This is where the patients history, consideration of all of their symptoms and other diagnostic tools is important.
