Yes, we treat it quite often and have many patients who have been free from symptoms for years now. You should start by reading our section on the treatment of depression. Our system, particularly, uses the points described in the Tam Healing for Depression article within that section. We use those points listed their extensively.
Personally, I rarely use herbs with bipolar patients as they are usually on a fair amount of medications. After we get them stabilized and off of their medications we may then use herbal medicine.
