What points can I use safely to settle itchy skin response to chemotherapy?

Ideally your treatment goals and process wouldn’t be so limited. You would first take into account the patients overall diagnosis from a Chinese Medicine perspective. Then take into account the type of cancer and their other symptoms. Then treat appropriately and systemically.
In the most general terms possible, however, points that clear heat in the blood and/or wind-heat are at times useful depending on the diagnosis of the patient. Some of these would be LI 11, LI 4, LU 7, UB 40, SP 10, LV 3.
