shi-quan-da-bu-wan, can cause a problem for those of us who have been treated for breast cancer?

I’m not sure I understand your question. If you are asking if the formula you referenced could be used to help with similar issues resulting from breast cancer treatment, then the answer is maybe. While studies like these highlight the functions of certain formulas, Chinese Medicine really requires a proper diagnosis of your underlying symptoms to choose which formula(s) might be best for you, rather than choosing them for specific symptoms/situations (see “how to choose a formula” and “treating the cause vs. the symptoms” for more on this generally). It would best for you to consult with a practitioner in your area.
