A 47 old lady has lumber Osteophytes. I treat acupressure but there is no get result pain increase rapidly in back and legs so which point used for this

Acupressure by itself probably won’t do much to help with pain from Osteophytes. Acupuncture would be a better choice if it is possible to do so. That being said, points to use include UB 11, UB 12 GB 39, and the local huatoujiaji points at the level where the Osteophytes are.
