It will depend on the diagnosis, what is the patient's chief complaint? if you can figure out the pattern of the syndromes from the patient, it will easily to make the treatment plan.

it is best that you first mae a more thorough assesment on the patient to determine the root cause and be able to identify the condition that is in need of urgent attention or may cause more harm as compared to other symptoms/complaints. it is actually best if you also ask the patient what he feels and what he wants to be adressed first as he may be feeling some discomfort that bothers him the most
