I am thinking about getting the yin vive as it assists in many items. I have been speaking to some nutritionists about naturally increasing my testosterone. Here are the ingredients of a supplement they recommend:

Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 48.00 mcg
Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol succinate) 30.00 IU
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 8.00 mg
Zinc (as Amino Acid Chelate) 1.50 mg

Proprietary Blend 900.00 mg **

Testofen® Fenugreek Extract 50% Fenusides **
Trigonella Foenum-graecum Extract 50% saponins **
Eurycoma Longfolia Extract 4:1 **
Rhodiola Rosea Extract 3% salidrosides **
Arginine-Alphaketoglutarate 2:1 (A-AKG) **

The nutritionists also suggests another supplement which has the following:

Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate) 5000.00 IU 100%
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 60.00 mg 100%
Vitamin E (as Natural d-alpha Tocopherol Succinate) 30.00 IU 100%
Thiamin (as Thiamin Mononitrate) 1.50 mg 100%
Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 1.70 mg 100%
Niacin (as Niacinamide) 20.00 mg 100%
Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCI) 2.00 mg 100%
Folic Acid 400.00 mcg 100%
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 6.00 mcg 100%
Biotin 300.00 mcg 100%
Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium d-Pantothenate) 10.00 mg 100%
Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 15.00 mg 100%
Selenium (as Selenium Selenate) 70.00 mcg 100%
L-Arginine 3.00 g 0%
Korean (Asian) Ginseng Root Extract (aerial part and root) 100.00 mg 0%
American Ginseng (root) 100.00 mg 0%
Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract 50.00 mg 0%

My question is given what was mentioned above, should take the Yin Vive? Will there be any adverse effects?

Not that you cannot combine treatments and herbs with vitamins per se, but if you are going to try Chinese Medicine you should do it on it&#39s own ideally and only after a complete consultation and treatment from a professional. Personally I think vitamins are more harm than good, but that&#39s somewhat of a generalization and my own bias admittedly. That said, I trust the more comprehensive Chinese herbal formulas than most other things.

To rectify the Yin deficiency there may be some
acu. points in meridians that we have to find out
by practice & experience.
