Yin yang and qi and blood

Perhaps you could clarify your question a bit as there are many ways someone could try to answer this.

In very general terms you strengthen qi and blood by limiting the imbalance between yin and yang. While the foundation of qi and blood is the spleen (earth), you also have to look at what aspects are drawing too much from that system to allow proper production.
