We use the following points both with acupuncture, tuina, and Tong Ren Therapy for brain tumors:

First some deep tuina on the huatuo area of C1, C2, SI 16, Tiandong, TH 16

Then needle SI 16, TH 16, LV 3, GV 20, and at or near any areas of pain as appropriate

    Then follow with more tuina

A principle goal here is to use the Sky Window points to increase the circulation into the head to help facilitate the bodies healing.

We use Tong Ren Therapy primarily to shrink the tumors.
