What are they coming in for? What points are you using? And are you using strong needle manipulation and/or electro-acupuncture?

That could be some mild form of needle shock. Generally that happens if the patient is 1) very nervous 2) malnourished or 3) you use a very aggressive (usually painful) needling technique. If sweating is the only reaction they are probably fine. If there is any lightheartedness, nausea, or dizziness in addition to heavy sweating you should remove the needles immediately.
