What are the solutions to this problem. I have a young lady of 22. Please help

There is no way to answer that question without a lot more information from the western medical/symptoms side and a diagnosis in Chinese Medicine terms (see “treating the cause and not the symptoms”).
Generally there are functional/structural reasons (prolapses, fibroids, cancer, etc.), psychological possibilities (anxiety disorders, etc.), chronic infections (leukorrhea, etc.) and many other possibly associated/causative issues.
In general with Chinese Medicine you ignore all of the western symptoms and you arrive at your own diagnosis in pure Chinese Medicine diagnostic terms first, then you balance that with what you see symptoms wise.
