Annoying muscus problem

I seem to have this problem 12 months of the year. Perennial allergies or something. On the way home after eating out usually. The mucus just runs. When at home sometimes I can pick up 2-3 napkins and soak them beyond use. And the sneezing. After eating I have threw up food. More than once in a great while leading me to believe food allergies rather than a bad burger or something that was bacteria related or something like that. I am sure the lungs are related in some way. Any ideas?
