Fibrosis Pulmonary

There is never a “best” approach to anything for anyone in Chinese Medicine. The entire value of the medicine is the infinite ability to tailor specifically to the individual at that moment in time. While there are ways to discuss semi-standardized approaches, and this has some value, the likelihood that that particular discussion is what you need as an individual is rare. Your best results, particularly with fairly complicated conditions like pulmonary fibrosis, will come from consulting directly with an experienced acupuncturist in your area, ideally one who also practices Chinese herbal medicine.

All that said, there can be significant improvement with pulmonary fibrosis. I’ve personally found acupuncture superior to herbal approaches, but a combination is at time warranted for the individual. Some of the herbal medicine studies linked to in the previous discussions showed strong clinical evidence, but again, whether that will be appropriate for you or not would need to be guided by your practitioner locally.
