What is the protocol to follow from Chinese medicine for bronchiectasis?

There is no set protocol for any given western condition or particular symptom. Depending on what specific symptoms the patient presents with would dictate the appropriate selection of acupuncture points.

As @stephen points out the best treatment will come from seeing a practitioner in your local area and receiving tailored treatment to you specifically and not your “condition” - see (“treating the cause and not the symptoms”) for more.
To give you a general idea of the number of diagnostic patterns that can be involved underlying bronchiectasis you can see our general section for bronchitis - which will different, will still have many underlying relationships that are similar.
