I’m answering your last response on the thread here because the last time I linked to specific supplements by name Chad took them all down.
I take a once a day, half a (250 mg dose) once a day, and alongside both doses I mix 1/4 teaspoon of with water. It is extremely important that vitamin B receptors in the gut are working prior to supplementation of B6, otherwise one may experience toxicity. When I first started, I supplemented with only lysine for the first few days and then added the two forms to my regimen.

In most cases, no. This is because one absorbs instantly into the body and is more useful for regulating neurotransmiters and the other specifically targets epithelial cells of the small intestine.

I can’t seem to find Timed Release B6 in my country, only B Complex, (and P5P) would it be OK?
