Sudden left intracerebral bleed

My husband, 50+ age ,not known any medical illness suddenly developed left intracerebral bleed on 14/5/2020.emergency craniotomy was done. Currently, undergoing rehabilitation. His problem is right body weakness and unable to speak although he understands and remembers everything. He already on accupuncture- scalp. I am feeling very sad seeing this Weakness. What can I help to expedite his recovery?

You are likely doing it - just keep up with the acupuncture (ideally from someone with experience in treating stroke). It can be a slow process, but with consistent acupuncture treatments from a qualified practitioner and some physical therapy a good outcome is likely.
