TCM and nutrition

Are foods separated into yin and yang? And are they also separated into the 5 elements? So if a person wanted to eat right wouldn’t they have to eat food(s) of the element for the organ(s) of that element? For example, a food of fire for the heart and the small intestine. Feed the yin and yang organ of fire. I always thought although an organ was yin or yang. It’s also yin and yang itself. So, basically how should we eat?

All of that is covered fairly well here - https://theory.yinyanghouse.com/theory/chinese/chinesemedicine_nutrition_theory

Oh ok sorry I did not see that page. So is it saying that a food good for “wood” is good for both yin and yang organs of the element? Yin and yang I do not see spoken of.
