Is a white tongue coat normal in TCM? I have seen the red tongue and bluish places on the tongue. I have teeth marks that isn’t normal. But my tongue is white. That’s good in Western medicine I believe.

White by itself is somewhat meaningless. If the coating is thin, evenly distributed and the color is white that is considered a reflection of good health. If the coating is really thick, has a greasy or shiny sheen to it, or if it is not even across the tongue then that would suggest something is off. Teeth marks are a common reflection of spleen qi deficiency which itself is most commonly a result of a less than ideal diet. If you want to post a picture of your tongue I would be able to give you a better estimate of whether or not your coat would be considered normal.
