I have a swollen tongue with teeth marks both sides (have had it for many years, but the colour seems normal (light red). Can you please advise does that indicate Yang deficiency or Qi deficiency (or both)? Thank you.

    From the tongue description alone, no. Generally, however, without heavy fatigue and coldness, people are going to lean towards more spleen qi deficiency than kidney yang deficiency.
