“Bags” under the eyes. Not so much dark circles but prolapse or a pocket of fluid under the eye. Is this a deep spleen, dampness issue? Kidney deficiency, coupled with liver?

It can be any of those, unfortunately. Often some type of kidney deficiency, but not always. From the western side you look at allergies, insomnia, clogged ducts, etc. Generally seeing a practitioner will be your best option to get at the deeper reasons for you as an individual.
