Well if you break the ingredients down you get the following, basically it’s fairly neutral but accommodates the yin and the blood quite well.
- Wu wei zi - tonify kd yin and kd qi
- Shan Yao - tonify qi - kd yin and yang
- Fu Ling - strengthen digestion, clear damp
- Ze Xie - clear damp, clear kd yin heat
- Rehmannia Root - nourish yin and blood
- Tu Si Zi - tonify kd yang
- Ze Xie - drain damp, def kd fire
- Fu Pen Zi - tonify kidneys, kd qi
- Gou Qi Zi - tonify blood and yin
- Shan Zhu Yu - tonify kd
