Acupressure is not likely going to help you resolve ED. Acupuncture can certainly help. You can read about that here.

Acupressure, certainly compared to acupuncture, is quite limited in what you can accomplish. Further many (most) conditions can have very differently underlying causes and without using proper Chinese Medicine diagnostic tools to ascertain the proper underlying diagnosis in Chinese Medicine terms you will likely get poor results. Even using a point such as LI 4 which can be helpful for certain types of headaches with certain underlying causes isn’t going to work on someone when their headaches are coming from certain TCM diagnoses. For more on this generally, read “What Does Acupuncture Treat?”, which talks about the importance of pattern diagnosis in Chinese Medicine.

So with erectile dysfunction you first need to know the proper underlying diagnoses from a Chinese Medicine perspective. The most common are listed on our erectile dysfunction page. Generally, they are true deficiency, or kidney yang deficiency, more stagnation from stress for example, liver qi stagnation, dampness and/or low day to day energy as in spleen qi deficiency, or over stimulation possibly with anxiety and/or insomnia, kidney yin deficiency.

For acupressure in the liver qi stagnation (stress) version - LV 3 and LI 4 may be helpful. For kidney yang deficiency KD 3 may be helpful, but moxibustion (see “What is Moxibustion?”) would be more helpful than acupressure in most cases. For the spleen qi version, LV 8, SP 6 and ST 36 may be helpful and for the kidney yin deficiency version HT 7 and KD 6 may be helpful.

Erectile dysfunction is commonly treated within Chinese Medicine. With proper diagnosis and proper treatment protocols (acupuncture, possibly herbal formulas, possibly moxabustion) it responds extremely well. Acupressure alone will be limited however. You will best served to find a practitioner in your local area and receive proper treatment. Your acupuncturist can provide you with acupressure points suited to you if they are appropriate as well as other dietary and lifestyle tips that will help improve your condition.
