Child fever

Hi!

my almost three years old daughter gone to kindergarten for first time and after two days got a fever with clear rhinitis. No sneeze and no cough. Fever is 39.0 c. Respond well to paracetamol

I am understand that is a usual virus infection and this is normal way to get immunity.

i use honey with lemon to get it over.

what points you recommend me to use for more calm to pass this condition.

i will appreciate if you will explain your choice .
