when i was at college one of the lecturers told us of a point for pain all over the body i missed it can anyone help me find this point. Thanks

I am not sure which point they would have been referring to, there are so many great ones for pain. There are the anesthesia points in the ear, but I doubt that would be it. The following list are some of the most important single points and pairings:


GB 34 - joint/sinew problems anywhere

GB 39 - hui meeting point of the marrow - pain anywhere in the tendons, muscles, and/or bones.

LI 4 - pain anywhere in the upper part of the body

TH 5 with GB 41 - the yang wei du mai extraordinary vessel pair - broad effect on musculoskeletal pain anywhere along with other issues.

SI 3 with UB 62 - the yang qiao du mai extraordinary vessel pair - broad effect on musculoskeletal pain anywhere and other issues.
