My dady right hand he can’t move easily

You would have to provide many more details. This could be from a stroke, from an injury, from arthritis, any number of issues. Proper treatment requires a proper diagnosis. In general though you can do massage in the neck and forearm (not the hand) and then do acupressure on a points such as LI 10, TH 5, TH 4 and LI 4.
