Cramping and/or muscle spasms that are due to fluid deficiency. Frozen shoulder, trigger finger. General tightness or cramps especially along the tendons or ligaments. Restless leg syndrome for patients who present with yin and blood deficiency as the primary cause.

Damp and Cold bi-syndromes - arthritis (osteo primarily), joint pain, muscles aches that is aggravated with cold and/or damp weather - weakness of the knee, pain in lower back, general weakness, pain in joints, stiffness of joints, and pain that moves around. 

Weakness in the lower parts of the body from kidney yang and kidney qi deficiency - low back pain, weak back, hips, knees, leg, weak tendons.
