Of many possible clinical applications, it may be considered to influence the following issues/symptoms:

  • Digestive issues - bloating, poor appetite, vomiting after eating, borborygmus, anorexia.
  • Edema of the whole body.  

CV 11 has some precautions to be considered (see our precautions list).

No Perpendicular Needling (NPN) No Perpendicular Needling in Pregnancy.

While not necessarily valid clinically, KD 18 (Local Point for abdominal and intestinal issues. …), SP 16 (Aids intestinal issues by clearing heat in the in…) and ST 22 (Abdominal pain, bloating, gurgling in the stomach…) are nearby.
