The acupuncture point "UB 45" , 譩譆, is represented by "Yi Xi" in pinyin and "Yi Xi" in english and may be found:

3 cun lateral to GV 10, level with T6.


Of many possible clinical applications, it may be considered to influence the following issues/symptoms:

  • Local Point.

While not necessarily valid clinically, EX Huatuojiaji at T6 (T6 innervates the diaphragm, used for a range of …) and UB 16 (Hot a/or toxic skin conditions (esp. on the back)…) are nearby.
